Policies

Guests must be 21 years or older to book a reservation. 
All rooms have a maximum of 2 guests only (with exception to the Heyward Suite which accommodates 3). We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 in the main house. Children of all ages can be accommodated in the Cheatwood Cottage.

Damage to Property:
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. This includes any out of the ordinary cleaning or repairs by both housekeeping staff or a third party vendor.

Guests Belongings:
Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other personal property from either the room or any other part of the inn for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a deposit of the first night (plus 7% tax) to guarantee booking.*
Deposit is refunded if cancelled within policy. Cancellation is calculated from 3 pm (Eastern Standard Time) the day of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations for 1 to 2 rooms must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of stay plus tax.

Reservations for 3 or more rooms must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of stay plus tax.

Reservations may not be reduced or changed within the cancellation policy. Reservations that are modified will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Only two reservations allowed per group. 620 Prince reserves the right to cancel any booking(s) that reflect a group with more than two reservations. Reservations for more than two groups MUST be booked over the phone.

*Complete property bookings require 50% deposit plus tax and must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Balance of booking must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

All rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

No shows, day of cancellations and early departures will result in full charge of booking.

Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am.

No pets allowed.
