Striking a perfect balance of traditional, elegant style and contemporary comforts, 620 Prince St. Inn was completely restored in 2017 as an intimate, six-room bed and breakfast in historic Georgetown, SC.
True to its original role as a private residence, 620 Prince embraces guests with authentic Southern hospitality, intuitive service and attention to detail.
Mornings begin with our European-style continental breakfast from 7:30 – 10:00 a.m. The days are yours to linger on our front porch rocking chairs, explore the town or relax on the beach. Join us on the weekends from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. for beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres while you mingle with other guests on one of our three porches or by the pool. Wrap up your day with an exquisite meal at one of the many fine dining options within walking distance, and be sure to stroll along the nearby Harborwalk to catch a glimpse of the tranquil sunset over the Winyah Bay.

Owner/General Manager
Rob Henry grew up in Pawleys Island, SC, just 10 miles north of Georgetown. It was his summer job at the Sea View Inn that led him to fall in love with the hospitality industry. Rob attended the College of Charleston, where he earned a degree in business. He remained in Charleston for a few years to pursue a career in real estate, but his dream of moving back home to open a luxury inn was always in the back of his mind. Through his real estate job, he discovered the listing for a private residence at 620 Prince St. in Georgetown. He was immediately struck by the home’s sophisticated beauty and historic elegance. Rob also saw a real need for luxury accommodations in Georgetown, and the residence at 620 Prince Street became the perfect opportunity for Rob to realize his dream.
